Rosemellin Community Primary School.

Throughout their time at the Gooseberry Bush Day Nursery, children visit the school for a variety of occasions - Sports Day, Parties and Plays etc.

During their pre-school year, all children who will attend Rosemellin are taken to the reception class every Tuesday for ‘Rosie’s CleverSticks’. Childrens Centre

The Gooseberry Bush Day Nursery along with Rosemellin School was granted Childrens Centre status in 2006 and now work with Camborne Nursery Childrens Centre and Trevu Childrens Centre.  We are able to offer further support to young children and their families. For instance, if staff have concerns over a child’s speech, we arrange for a meeting with parents and a Speech and Language Therapist so we can work out a plan to help the child.   

We are able to put parents in touch with Job centres, employment advisors, training advice as well as a health visitor.

The Children, Schools and Family service offers the Gooseberry Bush support and advice on training, Ofsted, sustainability and many other areas. They also provide information for parents on childcare and family related issues.
